The purchase of a reproducible or cad grants the purchaser the right to modify the plan as needed, print copies, as per the legal agreement provided by the designer, and the right to build the home ONCE per reproducible or CAD file. Multi-use licenses may be available on a per plan basis.

Once a plan is purchased, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with local statute and local regulations, and fitness of purpose of the plan with their local builder, engineer, or qualified professional.

Purchases made through ChathamDesignGroup.com may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances.

Due to regional variations, local availability of materials, local codes, methods of installation, and individual preferences, it is impossible to include much detail of heating, plumbing, and electrical work on your plans. The duct work, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) that you use. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.
