Inc, combined with the creative vision of designer Bob Chatham of Chatham Home Planning to create this lakefront showcase home.

Pat Achee built this home with the following features: Stained white cedar shingles from Maine, copper roof accents, tongue and groove cypress ceilings and soffits, stamped and colored concrete over all the porches, walks and drives and extensive landscaping.

Outside, a custom deck and a brick fire pit can be found on the way to the waterfront gazebo. Remote controlled "Phantom Screens" on the rear porch enclose a fully appointed Wolf & Sub-Zero appliance package. There are four fire places in the home, and digitally controlled master, custom lighting and so much more...
