This very popular plan was designed for hillside lots and spectacular views. Upon designing this house, our intent was to have it blend with the environment that it would be placed, as if it were a natural occurence. It has a craftsman and rustic exterior, a covered front porch, generous decks along the back and a detached garage (3 bays) with covered access from the house. The interior floor plan is open and bright. The master suite is on the main level and has access to the rear deck. The kitchen is open to the vaulted great room and vaulted breakfast room. The back of the house is loaded with windows to enhance views and brighten the interior. The second bedroom on the main level is split from the master and can double as an office. It also open directly to a screened porch and has access to a full bath. Access to the garage breezeway is provided by the mud room/laundry room and is located on the main level. Downstairs, you will find a well-lit terrace level offers a rec room or game room, 3 additional bedrooms, a media room (theater room), wet bar, and a fireplace surrounded with built-ins.
